CHECK OUT THE LEE COUNTY GO ZONE


The IRS has just made Lee, Collier and Charlotte county part of the Hurricane Wilma Go Zone! This is the perfect time to purchase pre-construction homes in this area for rent, or to purchase a spec home for rent. We currently have spec homes completed or nearing completion for purchase. Take advantage of the tax break, and get cash-flow!
The Go Zone ( Gulf Opportunity Zone) is targeted to New Construction Properties that is rented or leased after August 28th, 2005. These properties should be allowed 50% depreciation. The government wants investors to step in and help revitalize areas that have been hit by hurricanes which has created a large demand for affordable housing. In doing so, the government is giving substantial tax breaks to investors who purchase new homes for rent. This incentive is a huge draw for real estate investors and can create substantial benefits and savings. Please note that you must contact your tax advisor to understand the benefits you may have.
