We are constantly searching for cash partners to help fund real estate deals. Since there has been a 55% increase in foreclosures, we are constantly working on short sales. These deals typically have to be closed within a week so cash is very important. Our cash partners receive 50% profit.
We are also searching for commercial cash partners to fund larger projects such as office condos, restaurant franchises, retail shopping centers, etc. On these deals, we usually guarantee the loan and participate in the cash investment. The profit split on these deals vary. We are looking for cash investors, sweat equity, and loan guarantors. |
